Atlanta shines on entering into Master Restructuring Agreement with its lenders

Atlanta is currently trading at Rs 55.55, up by 4.05 points or 7.86% from its previous closing of Rs. 51.50 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 51.70 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 57.50 and Rs. 50.05 respectively. So far 149235 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B ' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 103.70 on 05-Feb-2015 and a 52 week low of Rs. 44.60 on 12-Jun-2015.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 54.45 and Rs. 48.20 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 445.81 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 74.82% while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 2.97% and 22.21% respectively.

Atlanta has entered into a Master Restructuring Agreement (MRA) as on June 30, 2015 with the Lenders for Restructuring of Debts under the JLF route.
