Salora International has informed that the Company at its Board Meeting held on July 02, 2015 has approved the proposal to set-up a Manufacturing line for Commercial Production of Mobile Phones at Companys factory premises at Noida, Uttar Pradesh. Further, that Amit Goel, Chief Financial Officer of the Company has resigned from the post and Board in its aforesaid meeting has appointed Ashok K. Kucheria as new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company on the recommendation made by the Audit Committee.
