Foreign institutional investors (FIIs) have reduced their stake in Gateway Distriparks by 265 basis points to 29.77% at the end of June 2015 from 32.42% as on March 31, 2015. However, domestic institutional investors (DIIs) have raised their shareholding in the company by 154 basis points to 25.64% at the end of June 2015 from 24.1% as on March 31, 2015.
Non Institutions were holding 11.73% stake at the end of June 2015, up 111 basis points from 10.62% as on March 31, 2015, while corporate bodies were holding 4.39% stake at the end of June 2015, up 62 basis points from 3.77% as on March 31, 2015.
Gateway Distriparks is engaged in the business of warehousing, container freight stations, providing handling and clearance of sea borne export-import trade in containerized form. The company operates CFS located at Dronagiri, Navi Mumbai, New Manali, Chennai, Vishakapatnam and Inland Container Depot at Garhi Harsaru (near Delhi) and Haryana.
