Mysore Petro Chemicals has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on July 17, 2015, for approval of the Unaudited Financial Results for the 1st quarter ended June 30, 2015. For the above purpose, the Trading Window, pursuant to the Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 has been fixed from July 09, 2015 to July 21, 2015 and shall re-open on July 22, 2015. Accordingly, the Promoters, Directors, Designated Employees and all persons covered under the Code have been advised not to deal in the securities of the Company from July 09, 2015 to July 21, 2015.
