Taj Gvk Hotels & Resorts has informed that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on July 28, 2015, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the first Quarter ended June 30, 2015.Further, as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading as framed under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from July 20, 2015 to July 30, 2015 for the purpose of announcement of the Audited Financial results of the Company. The trading window shall open from July 31, 2015.
