Menon Pistons has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 30, 2015, to consider, take on record and approve the Unaudited financial results for the quarter ended on June 30, 2015. Further, in terms of code of conduct, under Regulation 12 (1) of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulation), 1992 the Trading Window will remain closed from July 26, 2015 to July 30, 2015 for the adoption of Unaudited Financial Results for quarter ended on June 30, 2015. The Trading window will open on July 31, 2015.
