Saregama India has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company in terms of the Company’s Code of Conduct framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 will be closed for the purpose of declaration of Dividend in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on July 31, 2015 for all the Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company, from July 31, 2015 to August 03, 2015.Thus Directors and all the Designated Employees cannot trade (purchase/sell) in Company’s shares during the said period.
