Automotive Stampings and Assemblies has informed that the Board at its meeting held on July 23, 2015 have appointed Ashutosh Kulkarni as Company Secretary and Compliance officer of the Company. Consequent to the appointment of Ashutosh Kulkarni as Company Secretary and Compliance officer Ajay Joshi Chief Financial Officer who was appointed during intervening period as a Compliance Officer will cease to act as a Compliance Officer under Clause 47 (a) of the Listing Agreement.
