With reference to Increase in volume, Garware Wall Ropes has clarified that they do inform the stock exchanges of all information’s, events that have a bearing on the operation/ performance of the Company as well as any price sensitive information’s as per regulatory requirement of clause 36 of the Listing Agreement as referred in para 2 of your said letter. This is further to inform you that at present, the Company does not possess any information including information’s as referred in clause 36 of the Listing Agreement/ announcement (including pending announcement), which in our opinion have any bearing on the volume behavior of the Company’s Scrip.
