Kunststoffe Industries has informed that the company’s Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading framed and adopted in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the Trading Window for dealing with the securities of the Company shall remain closed for Directors and other Employees covered under the Code from the closure of business hours of July 22, 2015 to the closure of business hours of July 31, 2015. This closure of the Trading Window has been occasioned by reason of the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company, which is scheduled to be held on July 30, 2015, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2015.
