Amarjothi Spinning Mills has informed that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on July 30, 2015, to consider the Un Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended on June 30, 2015. Further, In terms of the code of Insider Trading Regulations of the Company, it is hereby communicated that the Trading Window for dealing in the Company’s Securities shall remain dosed from July 29, 2015 till 48 hours after results are made public on July 30, 2015.This would mean that the Directors / Officers / designated employees and their relatives are not allowed to purchase / sell the Company’s Securities, directly or indirectly during the aforesaid Trading Window closure period.
