With reference to the news article in Business Standard July 28, 2015 captioned ‘ICICI Bank puts Tulip Telecom & Falcon Tyres loans on the block’, Falcon Tyres has clarified that they are not aware of any such development that ICICI Bank is putting Falcon Loans on the block till it came out in the news paper, they re-iterate that there was no such discussion between ICICI bank and Falcon Management of such movement, further, please note that there is/was no information which the company was under obligation or required to announce or provide to the Stock Exchange under clause 36 of the Listing Agreement and which was not so announced or provided, Share price movements upward/downward are market driven and the company does not have any connection with such movements and news published in said news paper does not have impact on operation/performance of the company too.
