South Asian Enterprises has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 10, 2015, to consider the Un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended on June 30, 2015. Further, the ‘Trading Window’ of the Company will remain closed from July 31, 2015 to August 12, 2015 in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015. It is clarified that ‘Trading Window’ of the Company will remain closed concerned persons as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The aforesaid closure of trading window is not applicable for the general investors and the trading will be open for them.
