The Quarterly results shall be submitted for a ‘Limited Review’ by the Statutory auditors of the Company. Further, the Company confirms that as per the Company’s Code of Conduct pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company would remain closed for the Designated Employees and conducted Persons covered under the said code of the Company from August 01, 2015 to August 13, 2015.
