Redington (India) has received an approval for merger of its wholly-owned subsidiary ‘Nook Micro Distribution’ with itself with effect from April 01, 2015, under a scheme of amalgamation, subject to necessary statutory and other approvals. The board of directors at their meeting held on August 03, 2015 has approved for the same.
Redington (India) is engaged in the business of vendor-authorized end-to-end supply chain management of information technology (IT) hardware and software products. The company distributes a range of IT products, such as networking, storage, and enterprise products, as well as servers and software solutions.
