Maruti Infrastructure has informed that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 14, 2015, to consider, approve and take on record the Un-Audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended on June 30, 2015. In view of the above, the trading window, for dealing in shares of the Company, shall closed from August 01, 2015 and re-open after the completion of forty-eight hours (after the information become generally available). Hence all Designated / Connected Persons shall not deal in any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
