Arvind’s arm launches ‘The Children’s Place’ in India

Arvind Lifestyle Brands, a subsidiary of textiles major Arvind, has launched ‘The Children Place’ (TCP), the first of its kind in kids fashion retail format in India. The company has brought an array of International retail outlets to India, and The Children Place will be a great addition to their portfolio. TCP offers a variety of options for children sizes 0-14, for girls and boys. On trend fashion with head to toe outfitting solutions from everyday casuals to stylish dressy wear, TCP will be the one stop shopping destination for kids and moms in India.

Furthermore, the company has decided to tie up with TCP with an investment of Rs 100 crore. The company's decision comes after taking into account the growing importance of the Rs 50,000 crore kidswear segment in India. The company is planning to open around 32 to 40 outlets in the country within a five-year period across 15-20 towns.
