Shah & Associates, Mumbai as an Internal Auditor to conduct Internal Audit for the Financial year 2015-16 in place of resigning Internal Auditor, the Board of Directors of the Company has appointed Rajender J. Sharma as an Additional Director with effect from August 01, 2015,the Company has adopted Secretarial Standards i.e. SS1 for Board Meeting and SS2 for Annual General Meeting as prescribed by ICSI and the Company has adopted the new Insider Trading Code of Conduct & Fair Disclosure code as amended by SEBI and also put the same on website of the Company.
