Simplex Realty has sold entire 10,000 equity shares of nominal value Rs 10 each of Simplex Renewable Resources, a wholly owned subsidiary of the company, and accordingly the Simplex Renewable Resources has ceased to be subsidiary of the company with effect from February 29, 2012.

Simplex Realty formerly known as The Simplex Mills Company is a well known name in the Mumbai real estate business. The group has been in the business of construction and property development for almost a decade now.
