With reference to the earlie announcement dated August 24, 2015, Cosmo Films has further informed that Pravasi Enterprises Limited, a Promoter Group Company has on August 24, 2015, acquired 33,981 Equity Shares of the Company by market purchases in terms of Regulation 3(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeover) Regulations, 2011. Consequently, the Promoters holding stands increased to 8422420 Equity Shares constitute 43.32% of total Equity Shares of the Company.
