Pravasi Enterprises, a Promoter Group Company of Cosmo Films has acquired 33,981 equity shares of the company by market purchases in terms of Regulation 3(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeover) Regulations, 2011. Consequently, the promoters holding stands increased to 8422420 Equity Shares constituting 43.32% of total equity shares of the company.
Cosmo Films is engaged in the production of Wet Laminating, Printing and Pouching, Label Films, Soap Wrap Films, Over Wrap Films, Tape & Textile and Thermal Laminating Film for Graphic Finishing.
