Mahindra Lifespace Developers has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on October 30, 2015, to consider the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the second quarter to be ended on September 30, 2015. In view of the above and pursuant to the Company’s Code for Prohibition of Insider Trading and to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insiders and Designated Persons, the Trading Window for trading in the Securities of the Company shall remain closed for the period from September 01, 2015 to November 01, 2015. Hence all Designated Persons and their dependent immediate relatives shall not trade or deal in any transaction involving the purchase or sale of Company’s securities during the aforesaid period when the Trading Window shall remain closed.
