With reference to the earlier Announcement dated August 14, 2015, regarding Financial Results for June 30, 2015 Hindustan Adhesives has informed that they inadvertently missed out the word Standalone from header of the financial result for Quarter ended 30th June 2015 and failed to provide Notes that is, Notes 4 & 5. The Company has rectified the aforesaid mistake by incorporating the word ‘standalone’ financial result in the Header ‘Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Result’ for quarter ended 30th June 2015 and provided the Notes in the Financial Results. Further, there is no change in the figures of the results. Now the Company has submitted rectified Copy of Financial Results for June 30, 2015.
