Suprajit Engineering has acquired 15,021 equity shares constituting 0.05% stake during the open offer. The above shares have been acquired pursuant to the open offer made to the shareholders of Phoenix Lamps which opened on June 22, 2015 and closed on July 03, 2015. Subsequently, the equity share holding of the company has increased to 51.05% in the capital of Phoenix Lamps.
