International Conveyors has informed that the Company has fixed September 19, 2015 as the Cut-off date to ascertain the shareholders eligible to cast their vote electronically on all the resolutions of the ensuing 42nd Annual General Meeting (AGM). The same cut-off date would also ascertain the eligibility of the shareholders to cast their vote at the ensuing AGM. The e-voting will commence on September 23, 2015 and ends on September 25, 2015. The Company would be availing remote e-voting facilities of National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL).
