Shivam Autotech has set up its fourth plant at Vemagal Industrial Area, near Bengaluru. This plant will cater to the requirements of companies like Bosch, Mando, INEL, for four wheeler components of alternators, starter motor, electronic steering systems, etc.
This initiative of the Company is a step forward towards achieving Make in India campaign. This manufacturing unit will focus on import substitutes which will enable them to save the precious foreign exchange for the country as well as will cater to export market.
Shivam Autotech, formerly known as Munjal Auto Components (MAC) commenced operations in September 1999 as a full fledged, autonomous wing of the HERO Group, a renowned corporate giant with $ 7.5 Billion turnover annually. The company manufactures and markets Components for the Auto Sector to an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). Its current product offering includes different kinds of Gear Blanks, Spline Shafts, Finished Gears & Plungers.
