With reference to the earlier letter dated September 03, 2015 in matters relating to extension of forthcoming 20th Annual General Meeting of the Company, Marg has now informed that the Registrar of Companies, Chennai has considered and approved the request for extension of Annual General Meeting up to a period of three month from the due date i.e. September 30, 2015, under the power vested by virtue of section 96(1) read with second provision of the Companies Act 2013.
