Dhabriya Polywood has informed that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 21, 2015 to September 26, 2015 for the purpose of 23rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 26, 2015. Further, the Company is providing the E-voting facility to their members. The E-voting period shall start at 09.00 A.M on September 23, 2015 and ends at 05.00 P.M on September 25, 2015. The E-voting will not be allowed beyond the said time. The voting rights of Members shall be in proportion to their shares of the paid up equity share capital of the Company as on the cut-off dated (record date) of September 19, 2015.
