Nohria as Director of the Company and appointed N.A. Shah Associates, Chartered Accountants, in place of retiring auditors S. R. Rege & Co, Chartered Accountants, Mumbai, for a term of 5 years commencing from the end of the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) till the conclusion of the 37th AGM of the Company to be held in the year 2020.
