Schrader Duncan has informed that Nirnoy Sur, has resigned from the post of Company Secretary of the Company. Company accepted his resignation and will relieve him of his responsibilities effective from close of business hours on September 30, 2015. Consequent to his resignation as Company Secretary, Nirnoy Sur also ceases to be Compliance Officer of the Company. His successor shall be appointed shortly and the same shall be intimated to the Stock Exchange.
