Encash Entertainment has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 23, 2015, has transacted the following; the Board of Directors authorized Sachet Saraf, Managing Director and Rashmi Saraf, Director of the Company to make such appointments for the post of Associate Editor, Consultant Editor, Correspondents, Associate Correspondents, Consultant Correspondents and for other such requisite posts as and when required for the functioning of the Magazine Segment of the Company.
