Mafatlal Industries has informed that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, read with the Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, the Trading Window in respect of dealings in the Equity Shares of the Company, will remain closed for all the Directors, designated (specified) Employees of the Company and ‘the connected persons’ with the Company, with effect from October 06, 2015 to October 30, 2015. The trading window in respect of dealing in the Shares of the Company shall reopen from October 31, 2015.
