Further, as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading as framed under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from October 19, 2015 to October 28, 2015 for the purpose of announcement of the Audited Financial results of the Company. The trading window shall open from October 29, 2015.
