Indian Metals & Ferro Alloys has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 20, 2015, has approved re-appointment and payment of remuneration to Dr. B Panda as Executive Chairman, Baijayant Panda as Vice Chairman and Subhrakant Panda as Managing Director for a further period of three years effective from October 28, 2015 subject to approval of shareholders and Central Government, if required; and approved re-appointment and payment of remuneration to J K Misra as Director (Corporate) & COO and C R Ray as Whole-time Director for a further period of three years effective from October 28, 2015 and January 31, 2016 respectively subject to approval of shareholders and Central Government, if required.
