Foreign institutional investors (FIIs) have raised their stake in SML Isuzu by 152 basis points to 2.47 percent in Q2FY16 as compared to 0.95 percent in Q1FY16. However, domestic institutional investors (DIIs) have reduced their shareholding in the company by 491 basis points to 10.18 percent at the end of September 2015 quarter from 15.09 percent as on June 30, 2015.
Meanwhile, non institutions were holding 43.39 percent stake at the end of September 2015 quarter, up 339 basis points from 40 percent as on June 30, 2015, while the corporate bodies were holding 7.34 percent stake at the end of September 2015 quarter, up 99 basis points from 6.35 percent as on June 30, 2015. Further, the promoters’ shareholding was unchanged at 43.96 percent at the end of September 2015.
