In view of the Board Meeting being postponed on November 06, 2015, the Trading Window for Directors, Designated Employees and their dependents shall remain closed from October 20, 2015 to November 09, 2015. During this period Directors, Designated Employees and their dependents are required not to deal in the shares of the Company.
