Simplex Castings has received an order from Diesel Locomotive Works (DLW), owned by Indian Railways, worth approximately Rs 54 crore, which will be executed by the company in next three quarters. This worthy order will be add-on to performance of the company in current financial year. This order is approximately 31% of total turnover of the company in previous financial year 2014-15.
Simplex Castings is engaged in manufacturing of engineering castings in various grades for core industrial sector like steel, power, railroad equipment, mining, cement, defence, sugar and other specialized areas in as cast, machined and in assembled condition.
