Fluidomat has informed that in compliance of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulation, 2015 the Company has submitted a copy of Policy for Determination of Materiality under the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulation, 2015. The above said policy was approved by the Board of directors at their meeting held on November 14, 2015 and shall become applicable with effect from December 01, 2015.
