Credit rating agency, Fitch Ratings has affirmed India-based Claris Lifesciences’ National Long-Term rating at ‘Fitch A-(ind) 1’ with a stable outlook. The affirmed ratings reflect the company’s comfortable credit metrics.
Claris Lifesciences’ consolidated net profit has declined by 10.70% to Rs 126.26 crore for FY11 from Rs 141.44 crore in the previous year. The company’s consolidated net sales also declined by 1.8% to Rs 738.76 crore from Rs 752.33 crore. Its earnings per share declined to Rs 19.78 from Rs 27.34 in the last year.
