Jarigold Textiles has informed that pursuant to Regulation 9 of Chapter IV of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting of the Board held on November 07, 2015 has approved and adopted ‘Policy for Preservation of Documents & Archival Policy’. The Board has authorized Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company as in-charge of administration of the aforesaid policy under this regulation.
