Punj Lloyd Group has bagged three contracts worth Rs 1,595 crore. These include a Rs 1,123-crore order from Indian Oil Corporation Ltd for its Paradip refinery project, an order from the West Bengal Government and a Rs 288-crore contract in Libya.
The Paradip project includes the design, engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning of structures coming under one of the lumpsum turnkey packages of the refinery project.The Government has designated the project as fast-track. Construction will be executed over a period of 21 months.The other order worth Rs 184 crore has been placed by West Bengal Medical Services Corporation Ltd (WBMSC), a wholly owned undertaking of the West Bengal Government for planning, design and construction of three medical colleges in West Bengal.The Libya order involves design, engineering, procurement and construction of a new oil storage complex and other associated facilities.
