Kolte-Patil Developers has received an approval for the scheme of amalgamation of Jasmine Hospitality, 100% wholly owned subsidiary of the company. The board of directors at their meeting held on December 21, 2015 has considered and approved for the same.
This merger is being planned in order to synergize the operational and business efficiencies of this company. The scheme of amalgamation is subject to necessary regulatory approvals.
