Jenson & Nicholson (India) has made/executed a trademark license cum assignment agreement on December 21, 2015 by and between the company, Jenson & Nicholson Paints (a wholly owned subsidiary) and Vivid Colors (secured lender/pledgee of such trademarks) at Gurgaon to assign/license the company’s trademarks.
The shareholders at the company’s 92nd Annual General Meeting held on September 29, 2015 had accorded their approval to such assigning/licensing of the Trademarks to its proposed wholly owned subsidiary at the said meeting.
Jenson & Nicholson, a leading paint company in the country, was established in the year 1922. It has a countrywide presence with 33 branches and stock points across the country and manufacturing plants at Naihati (near Calcutta), Sikandrabad (near Delhi) and Panvel (near Mumbai).
