DCB Bank has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on January 12, 2016, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (Provisional) for the 3rd Quarter and the nine months ended December 31, 2015 (Q3). In view of the aforesaid Board Meeting, the Bank has closed its Trading Window from closure of working hours today i.e. January 06, 2016, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and as required under ‘DCB Bank-Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading’. The Trading Window would be re-opened 48 hours after the release of the aforesaid Financial Results to the Stock Exchanges.
