Further, as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading as framed under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from January 21, 2016 to January 31, 2016 for the purpose of announcement of the Audited Financial results of the Company. The trading window shall open from February 01, 2016.
