Triveni Turbine has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on January 19, 2016 to consider and take on record the Un-audited financial results of the Company for the 3rd quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2015. Further pursuant to the SEBI (Prevention of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in terms of the Company’s Code to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, the Trading window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed with immediate effect from January 11, 2016 till 48 hours after the announcement of financial results to the public.
