Benares Hotels has informed that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on January 28, 2016, to take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter / nine months ended December 31, 2015. Further, pursuant to Regulation 9 of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the designated persons have been notified regarding the closure of the Trading Window from December 24, 2015 till January 30, 2016 and that the Trading Window shall open on January 31, 2016 i.e. 48 hours after the financial results are made public.
