JMD Telefilms Industries has informed that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 12, 2016 to consider Un-Audited Financial Results (Provisional) For the 3rd quarter / nine months ended on December 31, 2015 (Q-III) for the Financial year ended on March 31, 2016.With reference to the Company's Code of Conduct for prohibition of insider trading, pursuant to the Securities & Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015, the Trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed for the purpose of declaration of Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2015 for all the officers and Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company from February 04, 2016 till February 16, 2016 i.e. 48 hours after the announcement of the Financial Results of the Company i.e. on February 12, 2016 to the Stock Exchanges. Accordingly, the Promoters, Directors, Designated Employees and all persons covered under the Code have been advised not to deal in the securities of the Company from February 04, 2016 to February 16, 2016.
