Further, the trading window of the Company, in accordance with the ‘Salora International Limited - Code of Conduct’ under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, will be closed from February 01, 2016 to February 13, 2016. Therefore, all the Directors, Employees and Auditors including their immediate relatives are not permitted to deal in the shares of the Company till February 13, 2016.
