Emami Infrastructure is planning to merge its wholly-owned subsidiary Emami Realty with the realty arm of Zandu Pharmaceuticals. The board at its meeting has taken on record a proposal from its wholly-owned unlisted subsidiary Emami Realty contemplating to be merged / amalgamated with Zandu Realty.
